NOTE: You won't get bulging forearms like in the ad picture, *just* from using these. What you will get are much stronger/injury resistant tendons and ligaments from fingers to elbow. That's a crucial foundation to build muscle size on top of, using trad. weights, kettlebells, and cables. Don't buy into the 'too light' comments, these aren't a county fair showoff challenge. 150 - 200 reps @ 50 per set on a setting of 2 to 3 gives a serious burn. My grip dyno measurement has gone up 20% with the Marcy 3 times a week. ... show more

I do like this allot it is better than having to use and switch weights. The only drawback is, that it is a little awkward to insert and remove your arm from the device. You have to use both hands to insert your arm. You also have to use both hands to remove your arm and also leverage it against your body. It also puts pressure on your wrist when trying to remove it. You have to either keep adjusting the part that adjust to the wrist and hand or use both hands and place it against your leg or body to remove it. They need to find a way to improve on this device, to make it a little more user friendly. I do not use it as often for this reason. ... show more

Forearms pumped, perfect for 5 o’clock traffic. Broke my wrist, some new iron but this helps with new found range of motion. Thanks this is my second one bc I sold one to a homie he liked it so might (sold it to him for $50 but don’t tell no one)
