Overall, I have almost nothing but good things to say about this equipment. It is very sturdy, well built, and of high quality. I have had the opportunity to use it multiple times over the last couple of weeks since it arrived, and it has functioned flawlessly. I was hesitant to purchase it off Amazon after receiving equipment (from other brands) in the past that felt wobbly, unsteady, or cheap, but I was very pleasantly surprised by what I received. Assembly took 2-3 hours, but was pretty simple. There were two areas of the instructions that weren't as clear as I'd have liked them, and the assembly instructions are just images, no text, but overall it was simple enough to fill in the gaps. The machine comes in three boxes... One large box with all pieces of the machine itself, as well as two smaller boxes each filled with weights. The smaller boxes are heavy, but very manageable. The large box, though, requires two people to lift/move safely. I was able to assemble the machine completely on my own, but it would have been considerably easier with two people, if you have someone else available that can help. Overall, for the price this was an amazing purchase. I would definitely recommend this to someone for a home-gym (assuming you have the space).

It took me approx. 5 1/2 hours to unpack the pieces and parts, lay out and organize everything, and then assemble it. At this price point, I am very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the product. Of course, it's not designed for high volume, commercial grade use at your local gym, but its a very good "home" piece of exercise equipment that seems like it will last a long time under those conditions. There is only a few drawbacks. It would have been nice if it included a support bracket or holder directly underneath the preacher curl bench to hold a curl bar. Without that, the curl bar sits on the ground which means you have to pick it up, swing around to sit down and use the preacher curl bench. Not very convenient and seems like a simple design oversight. Secondly, they could have included a few extra (snap) style carabiners (which I purchased separately). Like other reviewers, I would have been inclined to rate this 5 stars if not for the assembly instructions and shipping damage. The graphics backplate that fits over the weight stack had a significant dent in it when I took it out of the box. Nothing that keeps me from using it, but aesthetically, it looks kind of bad for a brand new gym. Secondly, the assembly itself was relatively easy until you get to the final few steps for the pulley and cable system. The picture only assembly instructions left me wanting for more clear directions. After I got the first cable and set of pulleys installed the other two were easier as I had figured out the process. There is a good side view graphic on the next to last page in the Assembly Manual. It's very useful for showing the completed cable/pulley system. They should have put that at the beginning. Lastly, for you "stronger" individuals that might be turned off by the limit of a 150 lbs. weight stack, don't be fooled. For certain exercises, the pulley system provides more resistance than the advertised 150 lbs. But if you're one of those people that can easily curl 50+ lbs. dumbbells and has to use max weight for every exercise, then this gym is probably not for you. Great gym for those that workout and want to maintain / increase their muscle tone and also for beginners.

I've owned this for a little over a month and so far it's worked amazingly well. I did buy some easier to use clips for the attachments, not because it needed it but because the other ones took too long to take off. Assembly was a bear. Lots of parts, parts that were too heavy for me to hold in place for any length of time to assemble. This would work best with two people putting it together. Seems sturdy enough, especially at the price it sales for. My only complaint is the lack of 5lb weights to add to a stack. There are several arm workouts I do that I'd really like to bump up the weight but not a full 10lbs. I'm in the process of trying to find some 5lb weights that will stay on the stack without tumbling off. Other than that it is meeting all my workout needs.
