I dont know i got this rug for $17, but I did, and I jumped on the chance. I had purchased a much longer, shag runner from rugs.com and while cute, it was way too long for the hallway. I am in the process of trying to sell it now. But I also didn't just want nothing there at all. And I also couldnt pay a lot. That one website had been the place to go for cheap rugs, and everywhere else was ALWAYS more expensive, until I happened to just search runners on Amazon, and this one popped up. I didn't care what color it was, I was getting it. And it's prefect. Prefect length, perfect color, perfect price. It is soft enough to deal with, AND it has an anti slip backing along the entire rug, something the other runner did not have. I love it. Update: 8 months later, the runner is still there, and taken many beatings. Our hallway is like the main hub of our apartment we walk up and down the hallway 4 million times a week, and this rug looks just like it did when I got it. It vacuums super nicely and easily, AND after my friends diabetic dog peed on it the pattern and color masked any stainage left over after scrubbing and cleaning. I haven’t looked at the listing in a while but I may see if they have other colors, to make a little change while we’re all trapped during covid. ... show more

This is a good rug with proper grip and thickness. I've had it for a few years now and it's held up without shedding or falling apart. Color is fairly accurate, depending on the lighting. This rug is lovely. I thought it was a great price on Amazon {$129.00 at the time} However, I just discovered it is $33.03 cheaper for this very sized rug on Walmart.com! It would be nice if Amazon would comp prices to meet competitors prices and refund folks the difference. but that is just me. I do believe they{ Amazon} has just recently adjusted their prices on them now. :-( Never the less, On with the review. The darker shade of blue in this rug is so not aqua, turquoise, nor is it teal as stated in some of the reviews. It is definitely more of a Tiffany Blue for sure! Which is perfect!!! The lighter shade of blue is just a light blue with a silvery gray tint to the blue, I guess you can say? The balance of the over all colors are perfectly balanced. It is not a super thick rug, but it is well made. It is not so heavy that it takes 2 to lift, move and arrange it. This can be a 1 person job with a little bit of effort. I merely got this rug{ 7x10}or if you turn it like I had to in order to accommodate the space 10x7} and the 5x7 for my daughters room to protect the new flooring we just put down. The price is the same on Walmart.com for the 5x7} Both of the rugs almost cover her entire floor {minus her closet.} I may get a smaller one to put in there later on. I purchased the big rounded crystal door knobs with the silver finish for her entrance door and the double door closet .IT LOOK AMAZING!! It makes her whole room just pop with style and elegance. This rug is simply magnificent! Gorgeous color; not to thin/ not too thick; and easy to spot clean! And it keeps a decent grip on the hardwood floor! Also, soft to walk around on barefoot! Don't hesitate, buy this!
