I reviewed a basic set earlier, so this is an extension of that review. I'm plant rich, but money poor so I was pleased to discover that this product is way more durable then anything else I have bought in the past. It will reconfigure many times from spray, to bubble, to mist depending on which fits your needs. Scissors are all the tools needed to install with many starter kits to fit your needs. I have many parts remaining, so generous are the kits. Say NO to that cheap crappy plastic!!!

Setup was easy and straight forward. I coupled this with a timer to provide water to our plants while we were away for about 10 days. The whole system kept the plants well hydrated. There were minor issues during setup where the spray head blew off when charged. I had to adjust the flow rate of the faucet into the timer to prevent over pressure at the spray heads.

I have several raised beds/planters in my gravel front yard area that needed irrigation lines run to them so I could consistently manage their watering levels and schedules. This 1/2" tubing is perfect for the job as it allows me to use the provided connections to run multiple circuits using the provided connectors to customize and fit my needs. The tubing is rugged and durable, an important consideration as our West Texas environment can be extreme on both the hot and cold end of the spectrum throughout the year. The connections and tubing form secure lines with zero leakage and fit easily to my automated timer's 3/4" connections. You get a lot of hose to work with and the number of adapters provided makes it an even better value for the money.

I purchased this hose as a main line for drip irrigation in my veggie garden. The size was perfect as I needed 1/2 inch vs 5/8 inch to pair with a Snip and Drip system from Gardener’s Supply. My goal was to attach the smaller 1/4 inch tubing with the 1/4 inch barbed connectors to run individual lines to each veggie plant. This is where the problems begin. The hose is made of a material that is very difficult to punch a hole in. I had to use something sharper than the normal drip irrigation hole puncher. Once the hole is punched it is very difficult to see where it was. I had to turn on the water to see where it leaked. This added time. Finally, the 1/4in barbed connectors don’t seal completely even though the hole was the normal size for the connector. I’m going to have to add some tape around the seals and hope I don’t lose too much water. I am going to live with the fiasco for one season but will have to start over with something new next year. I would not buy this product again to use as a main irrigation drip line.
