I absolutely love this light! The gold does not look tacky at all. Super elegant. The light shining is a bright white color and not yellow or warm at all. The swivels are pretty sturdy too. One out of the two fixtures that I purchased was loose at first and the light kept dropping down. But what I did was tighten the screw all the way and it stiffened up to hold the angle that I wanted it at. I love how wide it is too and that it’s a plug in. You have the option of hardwire but I didn’t have that up top for this built in. Read the manual for installation. Don’t skip it. But totally recommend this product to anyone! ... show more

Light was a little bright for my taste. It didn't work with my 3k temp lights in the house already since it was so bright so I returned it HOWEVER, IT did look very good in quality and the gold finish was awesome. Used some cable hiding plastic to keep it hidden and overall if brightness isnt an issue or this will be the main piece of the room then grab this. Also switch was about 5inches from power plug from what I got. So it'll be close to the outlet. ... show more

I just installed this on Sunday and its a great light for above this picture. I ran the cord out the back of it and conected it to a light switch. If your not familiar with running electric, no worries it comes with a cord attached and a on/off switch in it, so just mount it on a wall and plug it in and your ready to use it. It has a button on the front for high, medium and low light which is great because during the day I turn it on high and at night turn it on low. I like the light, it very bright and I needed a plug in option until I can run wires to connect it to a real switch. Actually use it in my bathroom, but why is the switch so close to the base. I didn’t realize this until after I hung it and now have to stepmom tippy toes to turn on and off and dim it. It should most certainly be closer to the bottom so it’s more accessible and you can hide the chord behind the vanity mirror. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These have been great I love the look! However one has does not work anymore it only flickers on both when the switch is on or off... I have to leave it unplugged.
