I originally purchased this because I was tired of carrying my lunch bag, water bottle and laptop bag separately. I stumbled upon this and looked around from something of good quality. A backpack that functioned as a laptop bag, lunch bag, Waterbottle holder all in one. Now the pocket netting on the side does function but only for maybe a 16oz water bottle. Anything tall and slim does not fit securely and can fall out. Something short like a mason jar fits securely there. I have just been using it to hold a shaker bottle. The lunch bag area of the bag is roomy and the insulation feels durable and thick. Writing this review I have had over 30 times of use of it daily, putting things in and removing them from the lunch area of the bag and its holding up well (I try my best to remove and place things in there with care though). Most of the food I take to work is frozen and thaws but stays cold like if it was refrigerated. I had watermelon in there one day got to work about 1000 and took it out around 1300 and it was still ice cold. The lunch bag part of the bag is what sold me and it gets 5 stars. The rest off the bag and its storage is just a plus for me. Fits my laptop well and small folders, notebooks etc. The front three pockets function well and neatly organize things like keys, mouses, small books, lip balm and small other essentials. There is a key ring clip on the inside doesn’t look that sturdy but you could hang something light weight there like a USB. It has a detachable part like a seat buckle to easily remove it. There is a hidden pocket in the back which is nice for more valuable items like wallet and your phone. Really only know its there if you accidentally find it which I did. The back also has a luggage carry on belt. The one thing I will say is I sometimes take a hoody/small jacket with me and it fits in the bag. The part where the jacket fits is directly overtop of the lunch bag portion on the bag. If there is nothing in the lunch bag part it kind of droops down or collapse if you will but nothing that makes the backpack unusable. I have seen others in reviews putting a wooden or plastic box in there if there is nothing else there to keep its shape. It doesn’t really bother me just something I took notice too. Overall I would buy this again if needed. Makes it easier to have the essentials for work with me plus my lunch and now I only have to hold my water jug! Mission accomplished! BUY IT

I work 12 hour shifts in a factory without air conditioning in an area where it gets up to 100°F, this bookbag makes that bearable. I just throw an ice pack and three or four water bottles into the cooler part of the bag and it will keep the water refrigerator level cold for at least 8 hours and then decently cold for the next four hours. And I can use the actual bookbag to carry my work tools, gloves/sleeves, extra pair of safety glasses, and a hoodie. And the front pocket has enough room to function basically as a purse. I've been using it for nearly a year and it's still in great condition.

My type of work keeps me out in the field or in a truck. I needed a backpack I can put everything in. This one does well enough. The laptop pocket I just use to hold papers and the main pocket is big enough for jackets, vests etc. the one thing I don’t like is the lunch pouch design. It’s part of the main pocket and can collapse to fit more in the main pocket but I wish it had some sore of flap to make a faux bottom when it is in use. That way things don’t fall on the sides or beneath. I may try to design something myself with Velcro The charging capability is nice and useful. And for the most part it works for what i need.

I used this backpack for work. I’m a truck driver so the lunch compartment is what sold me on purchasing this product. However, It’s probably been a month and the inside of the cooler is already starting to peel. I noticed because I started to smell this sour odor from my backpack. It’s leaking from the area that is peeling.
