The color is amazing, I know it lasts a long time. The downside is that for the first 2 weeks, my life will be stained green. Hands/neck/sink/tub will turn green. If you don't mind the extra cleaning, the color lasted about 4 months on me last time I used it, which is why I went back to it.

I won't say "easy to use" since hair dye is hair dye. I will say this has great vibrant color and my hair loves it. It leaves my hair feeling softer and fuller and gives a nice rich color to my gray and a bit of color to my brown too. In the beginning it also tries to color my tub/shower but you can deal with that with a bit of extra cleaning. We tried another product and I was going to have to bleach my hair to get a noticeable color but this lovely product gave me all the color I wanted without bleaching. ... show more

Update: I'm trying to get this color out of my hair and every salon says the can't do it with this color. I'm stuck with it. From the reviews I was hoping for a blue/green teal color, and it was at first. However the blue only lasted about two washes and then it was just plain green. I was annoyed people kept commenting on my green hair, because it was supposed to be teal-ish.. My mistake? Pictures don't capture the actual color well. It was a deep green with indoor lighting. I used 1 1/2 tubs for my 17 inch dirty blonde hair. I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed, and it never ran clear!! Like, ever!! I gave up after 30+ minutes. It comes off counters, bathtub, etc. SO easily with just a little spray of cleaner with bleach. I didn't even have to scrub it, it just disappeared. Don't be like me and think "lasts 6 weeks" means it will be all rinsed out in 6 weeks.. I don't think the green comes out unless you bleach it. Again.. My mistake. I'm a newbie at Manic Panic. I hope you learned from me! I love Manic Panic, my hair is not damaged and it was fun. Just not the color I was looking for. Enjoy! :) ... show more

The first order said it was delivered and showed a picture proving it. 20 mins later I recieved a notification of its delivery and it was missing. I waited a few days to report it and they resent another one. Got it the next day. The size of the bottle is small. Didn’t think it would color the peekaboo highlights but it was more than enough. I've been trying to get teal hair for the last two years and the various dyes I've tried were too pastel - or too turquoise. This gave me exactly the shade I wanted - especially on my freshly-bleached roots, though without too much of a difference where it overlay my already-blue hair. Pity it didn't last long. Even with shampooing no more than once or twice a week, it faded appreciably with each week and especially around my face. And for the first week or two it was pretty bad with staining anything pale it touched while wet. At least I have dark teal sheets and pillowcases on my bed, and used a bleaching cleanser on my shower as soon as I finished washing the dye out. ... show more

I've never been let down by MP before. VERY pigmented, and will make a mess. Rinse your head separately down low in your bathtub to reduce splashing the dye everywherre, rinse with luke warm or cold if you can bear it water. Clean with a color friendly shampoo (the bar from Love Beauty and Planet seems to work well) and it'll be BLUE. II dyed over completely virgin hair and I was very surprised by how pigmented it came out without any bleach whatsoever. It did dye my skin but I used gloves on my hands and will bleach the blue out of my tub. The reason it is so pigmented in my hair is the same reason it dyes everything it comes in contact with - you can't have one without the other (unless you involve chemicals and bleach, which I didn't want to use in my hair) Take your time, be careful, and accept that everything might turn blue, too!
