The water dispenser works great with both cold and hot water. It fits the regular size water bottle and makes it easy to setup. Noise level is lower while I have both hot and cold function on. The size is perfect that did not take a lot space at home. Definitely worth the price.

Excellent quality. Arrived on time, well packed. The dispenser works as promised. So much easier than the top loading one. LOVE the fact it conceals everything inside, thus I am not looking at the ugly water jug resting on top. The cold water gets really cold, and the hot water is perfect for tea, cocoa, etc.

I received this item today. The cold and hot water work fine. But the normal temperature water doesn't work at all. When I press the button, it's an empty squeeze. Compared to the hot and cold, they're firm and water comes out normally. And the worst part of it all is now they want me to pay for shipping when clearly the product is no good.
