This product is not worth 1 penny it has a terrible taste coming out of the machine like chemicals and plastic. I tried flushing it out with a lot of water but it doesn't help. At the end of the day its not healthy to drink anything out of this machine. I drank the water straight out of the 5 gallon bottle that I bought and there is no wired taste there until you run it through this cheap machine. On top of it all I tried returning it and the seller wants the customer to cover the charge which is 160.00 to ship and I bought it for 130. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!++++

Have had this for 1 week. Packaging is great. But big disappointment with temperature of cold water. Its not cold enough even with the cooling switch on. I would say maybe 3 degrees colder than the room temperature water. Even my 12 old son made a comment water isn't cold enough. Definitely not chilled water quality. When the cooling compressor is on, it can get noisy. For the price its good, if you dont want chilled water.

When I got home, the package had been delivered to my door. The packaging was excellent, and the water dispenser was completely undamaged. It has hot, cold, and lukewarm water functions, and I love it!

Arrive with safe packaging. And wow the water dispenser is amazing, three modes-warm/hot water for cold winter mornings, and cool water for refreshing afternoon. So happy I found out this dispenser! I could get hot water real quick, no need to resort to kettle anymore which waste so much time

Just set up my water cooler. All 3 function work. Good temperature on hot & cold. After 30 min I got water and notice water on my floor. I checked the hose for leaks and tightened it. But it was still leaking and not from the hose. It leak from back left and right corners of the material. I gave 2 stars coz the function of temperature was good and cooler was quite but unfortunately it leaks. Also easy to return and get return. They just sent me a label.
