Wasnt super easy to put together even with videos. Better to have a bike shop help but I don't live anywhere near one so had to figure it out. Biggest issues for us are that you can't hook up any wheel side attached bike trailer or cargo trailer, and that to get a second back up battery is difficult to find and almost as much as the bike itself. It runs very smoothly some turns are a little unsteady but nothing horrible just slow down a little. Charging it is easy. Looks very nice get a lot of compliments on the bike in my town where ebikes are really starting to pick up.

Kind of a long sad tale, but here it goes. It showed up on a FedEx truck when the driver shoved it out of the truck to fall four feet or so to the street where it landed square on one end. Nice. Then tthis guy proceeds to drag the box down my driveway about 75 feet to my garage. I offered a dolly, but no he don't need no stinking dolly. Great. I had to wait a couple weeks for the assembly guy to show up. Finally here comes Carlos. Carlos was actually really good, and tried for four hours to get the trike to work but hard as he tried he just couldn't get the derailleur to work. Surprise after what FedEx did. So I had to start the return process, oh boy. Two hours later I got a call from Jay at Malisa, and he offered to come down and take the trike back and either they would fix it or replace it. Well that's never happened before. Wow! Okay. Four days later Jay shows up with a brand new trike. These guys are awesome! Alright next stage, I actually get to ride this monster. Okay I am old and beat and out of shape because I'm too beat up to get in shape, back surgeries, cancer, etc. It finally has caught up with me I guess. Well when I climb up on this big beast of a trike I realize I may be out of my league, and I am. Dammit, I really like this monster, but I feel like I might as well be on a Harley. It's just too much for my elderly butt to handle. However if you're not like me and you're looking for a very well built electric trike with guts that will likely take you anywhere, I'm pretty sure this is it. And they give absolutely amazing customer service. You know what, as soon a I called Jay and told him my situation, he came and got the beast and Amazon returned it same day! Again, wow! But damn I liked that trike. End of story.

I would not recommend this trike to anyone, completely unsafe. This trike only has one speed and that’s fast. The front wheel drive makes it hard to turn and being so narrow, it can tip over easily. Amazon was very gracious in allowing the return. This trike is well constructed but has many design flaws. Of course it’s made in China. I’d shop around before buying this unsafe vehicle.

MALISA…. Electric Trike, this 3 Wheel Motorized Bicycle with big wheels has many features, I love the pedal assist feature it is really helpful when you are getting tired or going uphill, throttle power at 5 levels if you don’t want to pedal, the 750W motor along with the 10.4AH Li-ion battery will take you appx 30 miles without pedal assistance at a speed of appx 26MPH, the 3 Big Wheels provide a pretty smooth ride and make the Trike pretty stable, the front and rear disc brakes and adjustable front shocks also provide safe stopping power, the Trike frame is made of sturdy aluminum alloy and with a weight capacity of 440Lbs.the LCD screen provides a lot of useful information, speed, batt level, PAS, etc. the Trike arrived with all the hardware and easy to follow assembly instructions for a simple and easy assembly.

I like that I was able to assemble on my own! This bike is amazing on hills. Also, is great for NO assist peddling. I do NOT need to pedal to make it up hills~just push the lever on right handle. Great for a person with no strength. Only point is that you need to use the breaks alot once the power is on-it's very fast on flats n down hill!! Understand how to quickly turn power off on the left handlebar contol. I have to turn the power off to just peddle slow through the flat, busy sidewalk in town.

I have only ridden a mile or so. The battery that came with it would not hold a charge. When I contacted the folks, they immediately sent out a replacement. I went out to test it at a local park and all worked great. Looks great as well. The step through is a bit of a challenge for my 83-year-old body but I will overcome. I came down with Covid a few days later so further riding will have to wait until the bug is gone. I'm very happy.
