Finally got it together it has a slight tilt as the holes did not match up good. I have sat in it for 4-5 hours and the seat is not soft more firm than I'd like. New review- 3 weeks now, The creaking sounds are worse than my original review and arms keep coming loose everyday. Now one wheel doesn't roll corrrectly and whole chair leans to left? Its comfortable but unconfortable. The chair keeps popping off the base. And the chair has been stuck all the way up since put together. We have short leggs and a lower desk so this causes a problem because it refuses to lower. I wish the usb cable for the massage was longer but it works.

It took some time (about an hour) to assemble but it's not too difficult once I understand the instructions and the different parts. I have used it for 2 weeks now for work. Overall this is a comfortable chair with plenty of cushioning and support. All the controlling levers work well. The back pillow is also a massager which is a nice bonus. I also like that there's a gap between the back and seat panels so hair and dust don't get stuck in that area easily as my older chair. ... show more

Update 5/31/22: After the first chair broke after three months, and after several attempts to contact both the manufacturer and Amazon, Amazon finally replaced it. I had to disassemble, pack up, and return the broken chair, which was its own pain in the neck, but I got a replacement. Well, the gas cylinder failed immediately. It will lift the chair but immediately fell with any weight on it. And now 6 months after getting it the back has broken in the exact same way as the first chair. Run from this one. Complicated but doable assembly. Noisy/Creaky reclining mechanism, but the biggest issue is that it completely broke after only 3 months. Reclined and heard a snap and almost fell over. one side of the back, where the recline mechanism attaches broke and now causes the back to shift out of place if any pressure is put on it. So basically I'm now left with a chair where I can't use the backrest at all. ... show more

It’s super comfortable sitting on it with the vibration function on, the back also allow you to lay down when you wanna chill for a moment.
