I ordered eight of these to replace the old ones bought from TJMax that I had used for about four years. These type of chairs slowly start to break welds at the base making them unstable. These are identical mechanical designs. Anybody over 200 pounds will start to break these chairs. The different style seats are less comfortable but look nicer. I purchased these chairs because I loved the way they looked and that they have soft foam inside the seats. When the chairs arrived, all parts of the chairs were wrapped very carefully, nothing was exposed at all, the company took a lot of time making sure nothing would get damaged. The chairs are soft to sit on and there was good back support for only having a short back. The chairs were simple to put together. The color is great, the brown looks rich and matches my kitchen floor, the black matches my appliances. They are easy to get in and out of, you don’t have to pull the chairs in and out because you can just swivel to turn and step off. The adjustable up and down seat lever lets you lower yourself to step down if your up high and you just sit back down and pull the lever to raise yourself back up. The chairs give you a nice feel like your sitting at a bar if you enjoy sitting higher up. If you have an adjustable table like I do, you can sit high or I low with these chairs. After almost two decades, our old barstools have been long overdue for new ones. We looked through many different styles but decided on Mason Arts because the color in the reviewer’s pictures looked to match our dining room the best. Luckily, the colors do match very well as you can see in the attached pictures. Next, I rate the comfort level a 10/10. Quite honestly, the barstools were more comfortable than I expected them to be. My children even want to do their homework at our kitchen island because of how comfortable these barstools are. These chairs very easy to assemble. They are surprising comfortable to sit and eat in. There is plenty of back support despite the low look of the chair. They work great at my 4ft tall bar.

I ordered 2 sets of 2 barstools. One set came (they are great) but I can not get a response from the seller regarding the 2nd set I paid for. I do not want to go through the return because I love the stools. I would just like to have all 4 I paid for. (Edit: the seller responded and said there was a 2nd shipment that wasnt showing up.
