This is a star for how much easier it is to use than my other steamers. I have a handheld device that will get the job done, but this means I can sit down on the stool and steam my garments very quickly. Everything works well it’s well organized on the device. The machine does take up a substantial bit of floor acreage Not something that you easily took out of the way in a kitchen cupboard. It also requires five minutes minimum to heat the water sufficiently to steam. The hose itself does get warm, but the part I handle doesn’t. What does is worth to you depends on how much you like your clothing to look neat and how much you like ironing. I like a lot of cotton clothing, and I like it not to be totally wrinkled. I just wish I could take this back in time with me and not have spent all those hours of my life ironing. Hint, I was able to hand shape collars, and such as I steamed. I don’t know that it’s especially versatile. The cord is not very long so far as using it on Furniture. It would do well, likely on hanging curtains.
