Used for shoe cobbler shop small detail stitch removal work, great to latch on side of desk or workbench. Poor outer box, open/damaged, removed one star only because when delivered and driver handed package to my husband - the entire item (in it's own box, within a delivery brown box) fell right out and onto the snowy driveway! I cannot believe the magnifying glass was not broken. Whoever packaged this did a lousy job!

This is perfect for my workbench. I love that the magnifying part is wide, so each eye can see perfectly. Optical quality seems pretty good, and the lighting adjustments are amazing, with both intensity and color temp. Arm has several segments, so it's very easy to position right where you need it.

Strong base and very adjustable. Used this for a project working on tumblers for cranky older car lock and this helped me work through it. I bought for soldering as it is highly positionable and sturdy. The light is also very adjustable from super bright to warm.
