Okay so it is soft and it is supposedly waterproof so that’s nice. I got the twin and it fits around and to bottom of the very thick 10” mattress. It isn’t thick or going to add any extra dimension as far as a layer of pillowy cloudness but I mean it was also like $20 so I didn’t expect too much. Will work for now. ... show more

Ok this is what it is, it works, but here’s the thing- when you wash it, it’s probably technically too big for a standard washer, so stuff with caution. The real problem is the thickness that made you like this makes it the most impractical, slowest drying item ever. Seriously, this is going to take many many dryer cycles and you have to keep turning it to get the folds dry. You need to devote an entire day to drying this thing and then you can finally remake your bed. It’s such a drag. Here’s my suggestion: get a normal cover for your mattress just to keep it clean and dry, no frills AND get yourself a featherbed- that is a better solution all around. ... show more

It feels nice and soft but within one day the fitted sheet moves , comes off corners, and gets pulled up on the sides. Then in a couple of days the pad sides have come up and the pad is lumpy under the sheet. I tried for a year but today I gave up. I don't understand how it got good reviews at all!
