I am happy with this item. It's one downfall is the box doesn't hold it once it is assembled. A negative for sure. The saw has been put to work and has done a good job. I have been trimming up 4 to 5 round branches (cedar) 100's literally and it has been used 2 hours a day since it arrived. All of these small ones will overheat and stall so I rotate the 6" and the 4" saws to give each a cool-down time. (Yes there are that many branches of every size.) Well worth the money and if it makes it thru all I have to do and is still operating I will feel like I got my money's worth. ... show more

Initially,saw was sharp but after 30 minutes cutting small branches it became moderately dull or not as sharp at beginning.

Wow! This mini chainsaw is a real beast! Way more powerful than I thought it would be! It is a very efficient limb cutter. Easy to put the chain on. I’m not hung up on it not fitting in the box once the chain is in. Worth every Penny!

Assembled it, but the box doesn't close unless you unassemble it again EVERY time. Dumb!! Add 2 inches to the box, it fits.

The packing is bad, no box for the product itself at all, just a case with the tools that looks like it’s been used, shipped to me along with my other products in one big box. I haven’t been able to use it because I tried to put the chain on but it didn’t stay, but the product is very light weight! Not sure if it’s a good thing because the quality looks a little cheap! I will try again and come back for another review. I will be really disappointed if it didn’t work. ... show more
