seems sturdy and a nice unit if it fits your uses. unfolds and folds back up excellent goes together and packs back up easily enough- a couple mins. i had to watch a youtube video to get handling it the first time though-there are handles on the skirt that using makes things a little easier had to pick up pointers from the video and the unit goes the whole way down. that was not initially apparent to me also learned that from the video and how to go about attaching the hammock to the frame also from the video. i have read other reviews where the reviewers brought up comfort. it more likely middle of the road depends on your acceptances i think its ok comfortable though i would have a hard time sleeping on it unless really tired but im a light sleeper so im thinking most people it may not bother i did not find it uncomfortable to lay on. i have several camping hammocks and its no more and no less comfortable than those. i have used it at recreation outings to lounge and relax. last night i used it stargazing at a dark-sky park watching a meteor shower and it worked excellent no complaints. also go out a few nights a month and hang out around campfire and use it then as well does that really well i mostly bought it as an intended other piece to my car camping set up and for that purpose it is excellent. some times im a little bushed and want to lay down for 5 or 10 mins to recharge its excellent for that. happy with purchase and would recommend. although for me if i was to get a around the house or back yard hammock this prob would not be my pick. where this product fits from me is its mobile and sturdy for camping or taking in the car somewhere being mobile its tough to beat. i use it for activities and am happy with it for that though it may not deliver as well for lazy day afternoon naps around the house. though there are different products for that. havent tried yet though im thinking i could raise the shade and attach a tarp overtop and have an acceptable beach/sunshade or little rain/camping setup. overall product meets my needs and am happy with purchase. good luck with your research and purchase hopefully you find the tight product for you

Item came with no paperwork. There was a yellow tag on each end of the part you lay on, it just said to use the straps to pull the rings into place. There were two of us trying like heck to stretch the rings into place following the video example. Very aggravating. Last resort, instead of placing rings on at one end and then struggling on the other to stretch those rings into place, we placed one ring from one side and another ring from the other side. This allowed us to place the rings on the two opposite sides to be slid over the holder. Written instructions with that suggestion would have avoided customer annoyance. Yikes!

Glad these came with rollers for the bag, as they are a bit heavy. They are very easy to get out of the bag and setup, and they are very comfortable! Perfect size for my 5'10" (210 lb) frame. The pillow is really nice addition and is really comfortable as well! The sun shade is nice to have and so easy to install with the built in rods that extend from each corner (well designed). The sturdy feet are good in sand and uneven areas. I like that they are wide and not pointed. I purchased 2 of these for outings, but love having them setup at home for the nice evenings and afternoons as well.

This hammock is easy to transport and VERY quick to pop up/collapse once you get the hang of it. In fact, the people who saw me use it decided they wanted to buy the same one. It's not light, but the carrier bag has wheels, so, its as easy as moving luggage (rather than a bag). The only feature I dislike is the 4-points of contact. It doesn't swing like a hammock. It feels more like a very comfortable cot. That may be a plus for some people because it makes it very stable. (I should note: the weight max is 225 lbs.) I am extremely happy with the purchase.

I’ll admit I was slightly hesitant when I bought this. The description made it seem like it was too good to be true. But I found this hammock both easy to set up and take down. There is a bit of a learning curve on the set up and you do need to brace and pull to get it together. However, as mentioned once I knew what I needed to do I was able to put this together in under 5 minutes.
