Bass is weak. Sound quality is poor. Equalizer app doesn’t audibly or noticeably do much of anything. Really cool battery system. Looks great. Built sturdy. Can be turned up very loud. But all around it’s very expensive garbage. Tried to return it but couldn’t find a box big enough. Great sound only thing that could improve it is if I had another when they say concert sound they mean it even at full power it is clear and crisp and at end of the day it isn’t cheap but if you want good sound you would put that into a car or house and this can go anywhere. These are great speakers, loud 126 db with great sound , easy to carry, durable, BUT THERE CUSTOMER'S SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE,!!!!!!! Ive been having a problems with one of the batteries, it has a short , works sometimes when u jiggle the cord , ive used the speaker no more then 10 x about 4 full charges..... now i have purchased 5 of these soundboks and only one is given me a problem, ** listen carefully *** the customer is horrible ***** 1 you have to communicate thru a app, and they respond with a nice cool message initially, after 2 to 5 business days . 2 There is absolutely no one to speak to about your problems, ( all communication is thru email). 3 they ask you to send a video of the problem to an email that doesn't work , These speakers are fantastic, just don't incur a problem, YOU NOT GET HELP!!! ... show more
