My kids really like these tree swings however I think my 7 and 10 year old are too big they barely fit I think these would better suit age 1-3. The 7 and 10 year old still use their swings but they can't be in it but for a couple minutes before they need to get out because it's just not really comfortable. The design of this hammock is good for young children. We had a different one by a different company that lasted a year that my 2 boys loved. That company has discontinued them so I had to look for another one. This one looks identical but is not quite as good. It is slightly larger but the material seems a little thinner. It was easy to hang up, we put it outside off of our big tree limb where the other one was. Within 1 day the inflatable pillow has popped on the seem. The old one lasted an entire year! The reason we finally replaced it was because the fabric was wearing thin in several places and it had become stained and I determined it wasn’t safe to hold my child’s weight. Overall it’s still a good hammock swing and I’m still glad I purchased it but I wish I could get a replacement inflatable pillow. I’m going to try to patch the hole and see if that works. Hopefully the canvas material lasts for a while but honestly not expecting it to last a full year, probably more like 6 months. It’s not a very expensive thing so still worth it. My son absolutely loves these things, he is a special needs child and has sensory issues and this really helps him decompress. Still well worth the purchase. ... show more

We just received the 2 swings that I purchased for gifts for a friend's kids. They came inside a larger, cardboard box but upon opening that box, it was obvious that one must have previously purchased. The new one was also wrapped inside a sealed plastic bag. The other box had no plastic wrap and the sides of the box have tears from being opened. It does have a little strip of tape holding it closed. I don't want to open it to check that all the parts are still there and the condition of the swing as it is a gift. But I'm going to have to tell our friends to check it and if there are issues I'll have to deal with it then. I wish I would have known I was going to receive a returned item. I wouldn't mind if it were for me but I don't want to give a child a gift they cannot use if parts are missing. ... show more
