I ordered this chair so my wife and I could comfortably sit and swing on our patio. It took a while for the chair to arrive, but “Julia” kept us informed on updates on the shipping. In an unusual turn of events, I received two chairs shrink wrapped together on a pallet. Because the suspension frame for the chair is very robust, the shipping box is heavy. It would take two people to lift and move it. Fortunately, I have a tractor with forks on the front end loader and I was able to unload the two boxes on the pallet and put it where I needed to be. I found out that only one of the boxes was for me (a shipping company error). I was able to get the company to come back and pick up the second chair the next day and Julia was following up to make sure that I was happy and that the other chair was headed to the right party. There was some cosmetic damage to the cardboard container; but the parts inside were well protected and not damaged in any way. I was able to follow the pictorial assembly instructions easily and it took me about1.5 hours to put it together. I recommend that you assemble it where you want it to be as it would be very hard to move after you put the parts together. I gave 4 stars to the easy to assemble catagory because I was working alone to assemble it. The base support for the chair was easy to assemble, but heavy. The chair is made up of three curved pieces that are bolted together. I had trouble keeping the sections aligned to start the bolts because I was working alone. It would be much easier if there were two people, one to hold the two pieces and one to start the bolts. The bolts that hold the chair parts together are a male and female threaded bolt and sleeve with internal hex sockets that require two allen wrenches to tighten. Tightening the fasteners with two allen wrenches is a little tedious and sometimes hard due to the curved wicker restricting access. This is especially true for the top piece of the chair. I will say that all of the hardware was stainless steel and the fit and finish of the framework was top notch and looks like it will last a long time in pristine condition. After the chair was fully assembled and the cushion put in, my wife and I found it very comfortable and pleasant to use. Because my wife has some mobility issues, getting up out of the chair at its lowest setting; I had to raise the chair up by two chain links so she could easily stand up. That is the good thing about the chain suspension, the height of the chair is adjustable. I found the video about assembling the chair helpful. If you watch the video note that there are two people doing it. Just a word about the customer service from Julia. I was impressed. She kept us informed before the chair arrived, She helped us untangle the snarl of the two chair delivery. I am sure that she also did the same for the other person whose chair got delayed by an unscheduled stop at my house. She also followed up to make sure that I didn’t have any problems with the chair and was satisfied with it. I am. I look forward to relaxing in that chair for a long time.

I usually do not write either good or bad reviews and I am certainly not being compensated for this review!! There is reason to break tradition and write a review of not only the product, but the customer service that went along with the product. At first the price may scare you away, but as everyone knows, you get what you pay for. Almost as soon as I placed the order, I received a message from the Seller, Julia, letting me know that this was a heavy shipment that would require a freight carrier and because of this, a slower delivery time should be expected. I was either messaged via Amazon or by texts from Julia keeping me updated. There was a delivery date issue and Julia, without hesitation, contacted the carrier and got the situation corrected without my intervention. Once the product arrived, it was in a box made of wood. It was carefully packed and each piece was carefully wrapped for protection. Once unwrapped, the instructions were quite clear and easy to understand. No tools were required as they were included with the hardware. It took about 15-20 minutes to put together. It is a sturdy piece. No worries about it tipping over or flexing when you sit in it. It is extremely comfortable. Two people easily and comfortably fit in this chair. The cushion is well made and quite thick. They throw in a super heavy duty cover for the chair. If the chair was awful, which it is not, the customer service that Julia and Lambgier Store provides would be enough to buy from them. It seems that businesses are satisfied with mediocrity customer service. This is not the case with this Seller!! If you are looking for a Nest Chair, you have found it.

This chair was a great purchase! It’s very comfortable, the cushion is nice and plush and it’s so relaxing to sit and swing. The cushion seems to be a nice water resistant fabric but we still move it under cover when we know it’s going to rain. We tried it out with 2 heavy people and it’s super sturdy! We have it positioned so the dome of it provides shade from the scorching sun in the afternoons. It’s not hard to assemble but you should definitely use two people or else it would be. It arrived a week earlier than it initially said so that was great and Julia kept us informed and then checked to make sure we were happy. The shipping company put a couple holes through the crate with their forklift but it was packed and wrapped very well inside (luckily without any dreaded styrofoam) so there wasn’t any damage. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I also love that it comes with a cover so it won’t withstand too much wear and tear over the winter.

Customer service was wonderful. Julia was the most responsive person I've had the pleasure of doing business with in over a decade. We had 2 missing parts, and she was able to ship them out immediately and we received them just a few days later. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to track her down, she was always texting and following up with me. WOW. Who does that these days? Thank you for great service. The product is beautiful and very comfortable and easy to assemble. It lacks a little bit of sturdiness as you swing and the floor legs come up a little bit when you swing but other than that, its beautiful and the experience was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived looking just as it was in the ad photos (sometimes you get different colors or finishes from the representation). It comes in quite a few pieces but was easy to assemble. Take into consideration the depth along with the width. I didn’t and the chair makes it a little crowded on our deck. The seat tilts upward at a noticeable angle but it operates well and is very comfortable. Definitely medium brown colored chair with a cream cushion.
