I bought the OKUP M80A electric office chair from Amazon after seeing a few videos online, and I’m really happy with my choice. The chair came in two boxes, which looked a bit scary at first, but the installation was very easy — I put it together by myself in less than 40 minutes. The chair feels very solid and comfortable. The seat cushion is soft and supportive, and the recline and leg-rest adjustments work smoothly. I really like the heating feature — it’s perfect during long working hours or when the room gets cold in this winter time. The massage function is gentle too i would say. their customer service was very good, prompt response. I had one question about a wire connection below the chair as that wire was little short to connect to socket. Their tech support replied quickly and guided me to connect it . This was in fact so easy to connect after understanding. Very polite and professional. Overall, I’d highly recommend this chair to anyone who spends long hours working or studying. The media could not be loaded. Update - I received a response from the seller that had actual guidance of how to troubleshoot my issue. This worked, resetting the battery. I loved the chair but it stopped working after 2 weeks. One of my deciding factors in deciding my purchase was the warranty offered. However, after trying to use this service, it seems the only service that I am receiving is AI responses. I followed the format requested including the video of what the chair was doing to open a support claim. The first response was try again with chair unplugged. The video clearly showed the chair was not plugged in(see video). The next response was to send a picture. I asked how a picture would show the chair not operating. Clearly the video was not reviewed at all. Tried to call twice and could not reach a person either….. Requesting a return. This was very unfortunate. ... show more

I'm a big guy I weigh about 290 lb and this chair is so comfortable and roomy it's not funny... I have someone put it together for me it took less than 1 hour once it was all together I couldn't get it to work. I put it on the charger overnight and the next morning it's still didn't work.. I called the company it's a small company in California and no one answered it was too early.. about an hour later gentleman called me back! Their customer service is fantastic just as good as the chair itself... He told me to push and hold one of the top buttons and magically the chair worked just fine! I highly recommend this chair it is fantastic I may buy another one for my office this is for my home office. If you're looking for a great office chair that can hold a lot of weight in this comfortable oh yeah and it heats and massages like you wouldn't believe and it's a great recliner I fell asleep in it great office chair. ... show more

Edit: I've updated my rating based on the seller's excellent customer service. Gon offered me many different options, was polite and informative. I wish this purchase would have worked out. This chair was not a good purchase. It wasn't comfortable, the extended foot rest only came out to my knees (I'm 5'4") and the buttons are awkwardly placed. You have to try to fumble around to get to the correct buttons or get out of chair to see them. There should be a remote to adjust the settings. The chair isn't ergonomic. You cannot lean backwards while in an upright position. I have elected to return it and was shocked when I learned I had to pay $300 for the shipping. I do not recommend this chair. ... show more
