VERY Comfortable chair! The recline and leg/foot lift is incredible. Did I mention that the chair is VERY Comfortable? You can totally sleep in this chair, so be careful if you are purchasing it for your work office because you may be tempted to nap. The arms of the chair could use some improvement. The arms need more reinforcement but they work! Lets talk about the customer service at OKUP Furniture .... The customer service is A+++ ... I had some issues and contacted customer service thru their websites live chat. I had a reply and solutions to my issue within a few minutes. I was offered several options to fix my issue and they completely followed thru with what they said they would do for me and this issue that I had. They do not mess around and they are all about happy customers and standing behind their chairs. I would urge anyone looking for a comfy office chair to give OKUP a try! I like the chair, however the rubberized "leather" is odd and has an texture that is a little strange to get used to. It almost feels like silicone and doesn't breath well against your skin. It could also use a little more lumbar support for when you aren't using the reclining feature. The only way I can describe it is like sitting on a squishy sofa. Over all a good chair, heavy duty, and seems to adjust to many sitting preferences, and I love the fact that it operates without having to be plugged in other than to charge it from time to time. Took less than 10 minutes from unboxing to using it so setup was a breeze, but it does weigh quite a bit once assembled. The motors are very quiet and feel stout. If I hadn't found the chair while on sale I'm not sure I would be willing to pay full price for it. ... show more

Putting it together took about 15 minutes bought two chairs 1. I am disappointed. a. base broke (Bought a new base and replaced it). b. Arm seems Loose, but all screws are tight c. If I sit too close to the edge, the chair will flip. I have flipped the chair 5 times; the last time I bumped my head. d. When you put the footrest up, it does not stay up; it lowers in about a minute. I WANT TO GET THIS TO WORK CORRECTLY. 2. Wife likes her chair and seems to have no problems. ... show more

    • Not a good office chair, not a good recliner

Pro: seller is great. When one of the arms was misaligned, they quickly sent a new one. The reclining feature is neat, but it is two separate buttons that don't seem as seamless as a recliner. Cons: the chair is really bad. It doesn't feel cheap (but you can definitely tell its pleather when you get glued to it), but I am 5'6" and the chair is so uncomfortable to sit in for any period of time. The seat sits so far back, if you try to put your back against the chair back, your knees will hurt because they don't go over the edge of the chair. And there is zero lumbar support, so if you do get your back against the back of the chair, it feels like you're at a forced hunchback position. If you fully recline, good luck trying to adjust your body position or the chair will topple over. Terrible as an office chair, and if you want a recliner, just buy a recliner for this price. ... show more
