These scooters have been fantastic! We've been using them for a few months now, and they've performed excellently. They're powerful enough to handle steep driveways, and I honestly wouldn't want them to go any faster on flat terrain. I've had a couple of minor issues, but they were resolved quickly and professionally by the customer support team. One scooter had a small part break (likely due to my daughter’s use), and the other showed an error code and stopped working. In both cases, the customer service team sent replacement parts promptly, and the issue was resolved within a week. Every company that produces large quantities of products will encounter some issues, but what truly matters is how they stand behind their products.
