I bought this for my Dad to help him after a head and neck injury. It is more amazing and effective than I expected!! The balls are made of gripping rubber that is not too soft or hard. It’s easy to pinpoint areas of tension and incredibly user friendly. It feels great to grasp a spot with this tool and then move the head all around for a deeper neck stretch and improved range of motion. I’ve been a specialist in massage and bodywork for 24 years. It’s hard to find good tools for the neck. This is a must have for injury prevention, self care and the occasional kink in your neck.

I got this product for my husband (who is a gamer) to use when he is at his desk. He said it works great, but it feels like it is going to snap when getting it in place on his neck to use. I have tried to use it. The pressure is a little too much for me personally.

I've owned 3 other similar massagers and they work fantastic. My friends and family loved them so much I gave them away as gifts. I was trying to replace one for myself, but the first time I put this on my neck, it snapped in two! There are definitely quality products out there like this, but you get what you pay for. Plan to spend around $30 and it will be well worth it, but don't waste your time or money on this one.

This is why I don't like shopping online! I purchased this as a replacement for a massager that was several years old. While this new massager works, it is MUCH LIGHTER and consequently TOO FLEXIBLE - disappointing after my original experience with an older, heavier model. Unilateral use offers MUCH LESS PRESSURE as the the handles bend and touch: disappointing. I'm still using this model but found a different design that looks more promising and corrects for some design flaws, allowing for more versatile use.

I have another shiatsu massage tool, shaped like an S. You can reach one spot on your neck, and it works well. However, the dual balls on this massager let you massage both sides of your head at once. And your neck, but those small muscles in the head always need work. A terrific bargain, too.
