So I bought this keyboard and it’s fine, but here are the differences: 1) the case on this attached to keyboard if great and easy to slide the iPad into, 2) the keyboard is noisy and since the wave of using our devices is more and more public, that would be a good thing for the company to fix, 3) it’s heavier, but that much so, and as the reviewer before me said, you get used to it, 4) I didn’t like the backlight feature but it’s easy to turn off, 5) not bothered by having to charge it, that seems fine, keyboard and it’s a bit intense and not quite as cool —it’s heavy and that’s kind of a drag but it works, 6) the pressure on the keys is more intense, kind of retro, but since I write for a living I’m used to typing, and again, you get used to it. It would just be better for those around me if the keys were padded for a quieter sound, 7) it takes a minute to realize that o use the forward delete button you need to hold down the function key—they could fix this too, 8) the biggest drag for. Writer on the iPad is copying and pasting...the mouse is so fast and this interface is not. It’s not the fault of the keyboard—it’s Apple’s issue. I also have a Surface Go, and that’s so much easier to work with when moving large blocks of text and editing, b/c I can attache an external mouse. The touch screen copy/paste function on the iPad has always been glitchy...which means, too, on this keyboard that to erase large blocks of text you either have to fiddle with the glitchy highlight/paste iPad function, or you have to delete backwards letter by letter on this keyboard (it’s very slow.). But overall for the money, this is a solid keyboard, and I love that the case comes with it! ... show more

I have an iPad 7 and the case stopped working. (grrrrr) The new case is nicely made, my iPad fits perfectly and I really like the keyboard. However, the instructions for setting it up could be more clear. I had to try several times to figure out the right keys and realize that all 4 for IOS had to be chosen at the same time. I would suggest clarifying that point. The backlit keyboard is fun, too. Thanks for a very nice product! ... show more

I’ve only had this for about a week and so far it works well. I liked the built in stylus holder and the keyboard is great. However, the case doesn’t fit a screen protector on the iPad so I took mine off and now am worried about the keyboard scratching my iPad screen up as they are not separated by anything. I have a 9th gen iPad for reference. Not sure if I will keep using this case without the protector as it is very loose at the bottom and doesn’t feel as secure. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This keyboard and case are incredible. I spent many hours looking for the different options (there are A LOT). Ended up with this one and I completely love it and recommended it. The battery is durable and won’t have to worry to charge it daily (I charge it like once a week and that if I use it a lot). It works by Bluetooth. If you turn it on, it will automatically connect to your iPad and will start to work. The lights feature is just amazing. You can pick your favorite color or have it mixed and changing. I like that the case is sturdy and have a place to place my first generation Apple Pencil. The-keyboard connected very easily and with no issues. It's also great as a stand. I ordered it yesterday and it was delivered this morning and I wasted no time putting it on my 9th Generation iPad

    • Decent keyboard, but malfunctioning key

This keyboard was good and decent battery life as long as you do not have the backlit on. Unfortunately, the g key is malfunctioning that whenever you touch it slightly you get 2 to 4 g characters, so my wife gets frustrated and does not want to use it.

After figuring out the upload, it works very well. I am pleased and the case is very professional looking and elegant. The sleep mode has worked very well. Note that it comes set for British English so we had to change this to American English so the keyboard keys could match the language. That was an experience, but we figured it out. Love my keyboard and the fact that I can set it at any position I want as well as my iPad (different levels to choose from).
