SERIOUSLY? If I’m in email or any of MY apps the arrows and other things are disabled. Someone needs to take them down a notch. So I bought this keyboard and it’s fine, but here are the differences: 1) the case on this attached to keyboard if great and easy to slide the iPad into, 2) the keyboard is noisy and since the wave of using our devices is more and more public, that would be a good thing for the company to fix, 3) it’s heavier, but that much so, and as the reviewer before me said, you get used to it, 4) I didn’t like the backlight feature but it’s easy to turn off, 5) not bothered by having to charge it, that seems fine, keyboard and it’s a bit intense and not quite as cool —it’s heavy and that’s kind of a drag but it works, 6) the pressure on the keys is more intense, kind of retro, but since I write for a living I’m used to typing, and again, you get used to it. It would just be better for those around me if the keys were padded for a quieter sound, 7) it takes a minute to realize that o use the forward delete button you need to hold down the function key—they could fix this too, 8) the biggest drag for. Writer on the iPad is copying and pasting...the mouse is so fast and this interface is not. It’s not the fault of the keyboard—it’s Apple’s issue. I also have a Surface Go, and that’s so much easier to work with when moving large blocks of text and editing, b/c I can attache an external mouse. The touch screen copy/paste function on the iPad has always been glitchy...which means, too, on this keyboard that to erase large blocks of text you either have to fiddle with the glitchy highlight/paste iPad function, or you have to delete backwards letter by letter on this keyboard (it’s very slow.). But overall for the money, this is a solid keyboard, and I love that the case comes with it!

For the price this is a very good deal. I like this for travel when I may want a keyboard for longer emails/casual use. I would still take my laptop though for more "serious" use - like if I was writing / doing course work, etc. - The keyboard is a little smaller than a regular keyboard so it takes some time to adjust to that - I do sometimes have to restart my ipad to get it to connect to the keyboard but it works once I do s - I have found the keyboard tends to not hold its charge well between uses so I either need to keep it plugged in or think ahead that I may need it - as a whole the case + keyboard is a little heavier than I wanted it to be, though still less weight and hassle vs. traveling with a full laptop

Very nice iPad case with keyboard. Really like how the keyboard feels and how fast the Bluetooth connection is. It’s also compatible with windows and androids. The case fits my iPad just perfectly and love the functionality of the apple pen slot built in to the case. Very easy to handle and use. Bought in September 2024 & today it completely died. Although for about a year I would have miss connections with the iPad but thought it was just low battery. It lasted me this long but sometimes the spacer would keep going even though I was touching the keyboard. And letters would type infinitely & not stop even though I tried the backspace button. I say find another brand or get true apple products just so that it lasts longer & the customer service options have expired. So I cannot be eligible it seems for a replacement despite my complaint that this product does not last long.
