Everything is adjustable from the seat, armrests, controls. Battery is a Lithium Gel and came charged ready to go. It arrived on time and packaging was in good shape . Very easy to put together with the tool kit supplied . Decided to top off battery before testing .It reached a full charge in 2-3 hours . After reading the enclosed manual , it was ready for a test drive .It performed beautifully and I expect to get many years of service out of it . Note .It is important to read the manual carefully as this is not a toy .It has some sophisticated systems , especially electrical which you should understand before going very far .Also go slowly until you feel secure with it .I have attached a picture of my unit after assembly to show one of the features I like very much--I have placed the swivel seat in what I call the easy on-off position .This also enables me to drive up along side of a table in the dining room ,.swivel the seat and eat dinner without ever leaving the scooter .

Have been using it pretty ok for the past couple weeks. It works pretty good, the turning is a bit rough. My only complaint is the battery life doesn’t seem to fit the description after about 3 hours I was in the orange after fully charging the night before. It’s easy to fit into the trunk of my car, although it’s a bit heavy for me. The seat and front are a little too close as I need to stretch my leg and it can get a bit uncomfortable. Overall doesn’t seem like a bad deal and will continue using it.

Great Mobility Scooter. Wonderful communication with seller. Light enough for 2 people 2ith issues to load in car or 1 stronger person. There's a nod to turn to lower handle bars down. Basket is ample and very easy to place and remove. Seat needs removable to fit in SUV, but no biggie. Cup holder is great. Took on cruise and it was a life saver for daughter with her injury. Recommended to a friend who will hopefully purchase. Very sturdy, super smooth ride. Don't hesitate. You will be pleased.
