This seal was easy to install and use and I saw that the draft coming through my windows immediately stopped. The only issue is that the adhesive could be improved, as the seal didn't stick well at certain points, but since I don't always open the windows, it's not a big issue for me.

    • Adhesive is a little weak
I have a large patio window that is 20+ years old, and the wood frame started to warp from the sun over the years, so during windy days the windy blows through the tiny gaps and makes high pitch noise. I tried many weather strips to no avail, but this one actually works. I don't know what makes this one different from other seemingly identical weather strips, all I know is I bought 10 of these for all my windows and doors, and they are still going strong after 4 months when all others failed after weeks. The adhesive on this one is a bit on the weak side, but nothing some Gorilla Glues won't fix. ... show more

    • Adhesive it not strong enough and packaging messes up the product.
The Adhesive is not sticky enough to keep in in place upside down, almost enough but not quite. More so the issue I had was the last maybe foot or 2 is all crumpled up because of how they packaged it. Due to the weak adhesive I cannot get it to stay flat on something, you basically lose 4 feet of this pricey product(for what it is). ... show more

Didn't stick at all. The sticky part of the tape is so thin and weak, it can't support the weight of the tape. The one piece I did manage to stick on the window fell at the slightest touch
