The 3 boxes came quicker than I thought. Everything was packaged firmly with zero damage. The directions were very good for assembly with all pieces clearly marked. The only hiccups were one section did not get drilled, but I had that taken care of and the grey cushions are more of a green color.

It looks nice but you would have to be 3 feet tall to really feel comfortable on this set. The back only goes up to just under your shoulder blades (I am 5’6”) and you have no upper back support, it’s awful. The back is literally half the height of a normal chair or couch. The back pillows are stuffed so full it makes your back bow and exaggerate the no back support issue. Your natural response is to s scoot your butt to the edge to get some support for your upper back and when you do that all the seat cushions slide off onto the ground taking you with them. The cushions do not stay on if you move at all you almost end up on the ground. I would have returned it but the way that it is packaged all the parts are mixed up so you can’t just open the chair and assemble and test it you have to open all the boxes and fish out the parts from here and there and there was no way I was going to take it apart after 3 hrs of assembly because I don’t even think to sit in it until after the entire couch was assembled. I will probably sell on Craigslist and buy one I can see in person. If you have money to blow and you just want a space to look nice this is a good set. If you are like me and want to really relax outside like you do in your living room this is 100% not the set. The quality seems good, the colors are very nice and the instructions were ok. I don’t really understand why it had so many good reviews, I wonder if people are just used to poor designs, or they didn’t really plan on using it for more then outdoor decorating.

Was missing pieces, but was able to get them sent; now it’s all together and usable. Great for chilling out after the pool, love the extra length and that you can use them as other seating too

It’s pretty solid for the price. The cushions are thin compared to others, overall construction is pretty good. I would recommend it. Wish that the cushions would tie or strap down, they are not fixed in place
