Bought this line set cover for my 24K DIY MrCool AC. It worked well and looks great. There are no instructions or guidance on how to do it, but if you are handy it's not a big deal. It had all the pieces needed for my install, but if you have multiple more complex turns in the path you may need 2 sets. Plenty of room inside for the lines, and I didnt see a need for anything to anchor the lines inside.

These end covers were in addition to the full kit I ordered. I was glad they sold these separate, unlike others. I had my home’s water system repiped “ with pex tubing, some areas they had to place the pipes on the exterior of the house, resulting in an eyesore and unprotected lines. This kit covers them and allows for extra insulation. This kit was 5” wide which covered the hot and cold lines that were run together, wider than needed. Glad to have found this kit, looks great,

I originally had another line set cover kit but because I ran my 2nd floor and 1st units in line I realized both lines could not fit in the kit. So I purchased the LyPrem 5" kit. Worked great! My only issue, which isn't their fault, is that I was 3' short! What is their fault is you can order each part in this kit individually, EXCEPT FOR THE actual long tube sections that the lines run through. That is just a giant FU to consumers. My only option is to leave it as is or order an entire 2nd 17' kit for 1 more 3' length....

Heavy duty plastic but I did add plastic pop rivets for a more secure hold. The cover is reasonably heavy and this was a simple step.

I have the "MrCool" brand of lineset cover on another part of my house, and it comes with black plastic twist inserts that are adjustable location so you can zip tie the lineset tubes inside. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT as there is nothing actually securing the lineset inside of these tubes. Going to have to drill a ton of screws into my siding to secure it through this product. Major product flaw for an otherwise nice lineset cover.

We used this product for the 24k Mrcool gen 4 DIY and was perfect for the install with enough room to make the install a breeze. I am glad we went with the larger cover than the small ones. It helped speed up the project and looks clean on our wall.
