I LOVE MY NEW PC. Ive had it for a month now and no problems. AS a gamer, who has built their own pc in the past, I know computers. THIS pc is a BEAST. IT dominates every game I throw at it. WHAT I thought was odd though, was windows was already set up for me. (I get it, not everyone is tech savvy) Another concerning issue was there was a chinese program installed (had to remove it) I FOUND IT in the firewall... SO make sure you check your program files and delete the whole file. AND run scans. FOR THOSE OF YOU who have never built a gaming pc.... and are having issue... have you ever heard of DOA? it means dead on arrival. SOME pc parts can break in the mail. SO if the tower is malfunctioning, it means one of the parts needs to be replaced, NOT THE WHOLE TOWER. Bring it to bestbuy and have geeksquad look at it. Been using this PC for a little over a month now and it’s frozen/crashed about once every few days. For the price, I would expect a computer that can at least avoid occasional crashes but sometimes it occurs from just regular internet browsing. When it is working, I find that it sufficiently plays low to medium intensive games fine but I also find that crashes are more likely to occur. ... show more

    • Decent Prebuilt but lacks a lot of the features for most Gaming PC's
Motherboard is off-brand and BIO's is known as American Megathread. A lot of the games you would expect to work like Fortnite and Valorant or any game that needs a firewall or to prevent malware protection is NOT included on this pc. Buy this at your own discretion and do not hope to play some games that require you a whole lot of work. If you have the money to blow on more pc parts, just build one instead. I bought this because I felt too lazy and I regret it. It still works like a beast but the games I usually play require a lot if things to play games with Anti-Cheat. Storage is good, the speed of it is pretty good, gaming wise. Not so much. You're limited to games that don't need Secure Boot State to be "On" and UEFI to be enabled. TMP options are limited. Computer never worked right, constant restarts and errors. Their customer service is absolute junk. The new computer I replaced it with has been working perfectly with zero issues.
