I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 13 Y/O son. He absolutely LOVES it! He sits in it every day. He loves that it reclines and has cup holders. He has used the massage function after a baseball and soccer practices and games to relax in his bedroom while he watches tv or plays on his Nintendo switch. It seems to be made pretty sturdy. I have sat in it a couple times, and it is comfortable. This was a great value! It was cheaper than most gaming type chairs. The pillows on it are also good support for your head and lumbar spine. The only thing that would make this chair even better yet is if it could roll on wheels. It is stationary and not light to move all the time, so if it would have wheels would just take this chair above and beyond!!

This chair is so comfortable that I wish I would’ve bought one earlier. It’s been used by almost everyone in the house for relaxing, aching back muscles and keeping our legs up while sitting down.

I enjoy the chair a lot. But occasionally it will sink down on its own after some time in the chair or when I adjust the back to kick up the leg rest. Edit: So I have had this for a few months now and ran into a problem. It went from sinking on its own sometimes to sinking every time I sat in it. I had to remove the lever completely to make it stop. Update: After contacting the seller and working out that the one I got had a factory issue. They were very helpful in replacing it, since it could not be fixed. Second edit: The replacement arrived within the time frame I was told. And no new issues have arisen. Until yet again, one month in and start lowering on its own. Second Update: After contacting the seller again, they were extremely helpful and were able to send new parts for the chair. (Turns out the Air rod had an issue, they upgraded it) Third update: So even after each fix. The air rod malfunctioned yet again and this time only lasted a week.

ok let me be clear this review in no way is intended to cast a bad reflection on amazon. i haven't contacted amazon nor do i entend to as this is nothing they can prevent. the first photo is the chair arm where the cup holder should be.The second is where i cut a split to install a cup holder.the third is where there is no holes in the arm rest so i can attach it to the chair. the fourth is the other arm rest with the holes made from the factory to allow for attaching to the chair. the 5th is a make it work cupholder i installed. i am 5' 11" tall and when sitting in the chair fully upright my feet will not touch the floor.This makes the swivel feature useless.The lumbar cushion is just in the box &the zipper was broken on the one i received.The chair itself is not comfortable to sit in. i think this is the first bad review i have ever written,but thought it was the right thing to do. I also do not blame the underpaid worker that mad the chair as i am sure he or she was just trying to make the impossible production goal set by the company making the real money from this product. i had bought a previous chair from amazon that i love it just did not have the foot rest feature. which is the only reason i bought this one,i hope this helps someone. The seller contacted me after i wrote this review and offered to send me a cupholder and replace the lumbar cushion. I did not write the review for that reason,however i think it is important that i add this addendum to the review to show the seller is willing to make an effort to satisfy the customer. i seriously doubt anyone is going to take the time to read my advised statement,however this seller has emailed me several times in an attempt to make things good with the product. i did ammend my review and give them another star for thier effort in trying to fix the initial product quality i received. i still do not like the chair but that is a personal taste and comfort issue not an issue with the quality of thier product.Doubt anyone will read this far down a review,but if you do this vendor did send me a cupholder to install in the chair.So i must say they did do all they could to fix this product.

Was skeptical and eventually pulled the trigger and got this chair. Suprisingly it is very comfy and well-made for something that is made in China. The "massage" modes are not bad; the main point of massaging is at the lower back with some variations you can choose with the controller. Putting it together was fine, but had some wonkyness when I put together the armrests. There was some pulling invovled as I was trying to put the screws in, but it went fine and it is a solid assembly. If you are over 6 foot like me, you might find that this was made for shorter people. I had to adjust the height a few times to find the right place; the strapped pillow at the head rest, I had to unsnap and place higher so that it hits my neck just right. Overall, it is a good chair. Though I feel like it is a little steep on the price.
