We absolutely love our new Hillga patio furniture! It's a perfect addition to our patio for entertaining family & friends. While other outdoor furniture options we reviewed mentioned difficult assembly, I found the instructions for assembling the Hillga furniture very straight-forward and easy-to-follow. The quality of the furniture so far is very impressive, and the description of thicker cushions is accurate. They are very comfortable! While we did encounter a manufacturing issue with one of the screw holes, and one of the wicker straps was broken during shipping, customer service was excellent! Mia was extremely polite, quick to respond, shipped us new parts, and resolved both issues quickly. Reviews of other outdoor furniture companies spoke of issues with non-responsive customer service. Our experience with Mia at Hillga was quite the opposite. We've been very impressed! We've only been using the furniture for a few days, so we can't yet speak to durability over time, but it is very beautiful and already in full-use!

This set is worth the money. The boxes came in two different days which worked out well. We put together the chairs one day and then the couch and ottomans a day later. The instructions were well written, all necessary hardware was included as well as tools, and everything lined up! The cushions are firm but comfortable. The blue is beautiful and matches our rug perfectly. It is as substantial as I had hoped it would be and fits my over-six-foot-tall family quite well.

we love the look of this furniture., Went with the neutral gray because it’s outside on our deck and things just get dirty. It was not easy to put together! My husband is very handy, but there was one section of the couch that had a misplaced bracket so he had to reposition it, drill new holes. also, we were missing the coffee table that stores the Ottomans. Went back-and-forth a couple of times with Customer Service before she realized that It was supposed to be included, so it came about a week later. The chairs are comfortable, cushions are pretty thick,we chose this for the height of the back so it supports your neck. Sometimes the back cushion on the couch flops forward, I’ve seen other sets that have a strap holding the cushion, but I really didn’t want . The Ottomans are nice but the cushions tend to slide despite the some rubber squares they sent to try to keep it from sliding. Kind of wish it had more of a sticky surface so you didn’t have to use that. Over all, We enjoy sitting outside on our deck, crank up the heater and watch tv. Can’t wait till the spring when we get more use out of it!

This furniture set is beautiful and comfortable. Appears to be well made. Assembly was not difficult at all. Took time but what worthwhile assembly doesn't. I was skeptical about ordering something like this online but glad I took the chance. It made my new deck whole. I cant speak for the durability yet since its only new but I am hopeful it lasts a long time. My only complaint, and it was expected from reading another review, is that the antislip mat doesnt do much for keeping the ottoman cushions in place. I am very happy with this purchase.
