Fortunately, I have experience with wire wrapping, as the directions did not say how to attach the wire to the glass. The company was very responsive to my questions. When I first received this chandelier I was upset at how many of the glass pieces were broken. I was all set to return the whole thing but after reaching out to the vendor they offered to replace the broken pieces. And they did, but I had to wait another 2-3 weeks. I realized that the LED bulbs were not dimmable AND bright white LEDs. I prefer warm white so after my 2nd try ordering new bulbs I finally received dimmable warm whites. Vender should specify which bulb type are appropriate for this fixture. I also realized that the hanging hardware, which is a cheap looking chrome, would not work in my setting nor look good with what is essentially a piece of art once assembled. So I ordered a beautiful custom chain/hook combo from a private vendor. Once I got all the extras it took me time over 2 days to put it together. I experimented with turning a few glass pieces the other way. I would have preferred more glass with the curly tips but I think it turned out well. Hope to never have to change bulbs as it will require completely dismantling it, Yikes. And dusting it will be... well...challenging. I took 1 star off for all the assembly work, not having dimmable bulbs and the cheap hanging hardware. ... show more

Everything went well. One broken piece. I changed out the chain to a black chain and black wire. Took a couple hours with three people to assemble after all the hardware installed, and looks great.

We were hesitant with all the glass pieces. Start from the bottom and work your way up, such as life. Be patient. Take each glass piece and attach it to the light. There are about 100 pieces, but it's worth putting it together. While it's not exactly like the picture, each creation is unique. This will get a wow, amazing, factor in your house.
