These hold up even in the winter! I run my AC even when there’s snow and ice outside because I’m always hot. This prevents weeds and leaves from getting inside and causing clogs. It works perfectly for what we need it for! And it was super easy to install. If install is a word for it. My unhandy husband managed to get it on within a couple of minutes. Be sure to measure your ac to get the proper size. This thing will save our ac for years. I’d buy it again if I need to.

Weather protection: I never used to cover my AC units, and cleaning them every season was a pain. This mesh cover has already made a huge difference — it keeps out leaves, dust, and rain while still letting the unit breathe. Perfect fit and great quality. Easily slips over, just be sure to measure the outside of your unit for the right size. Bought my disabled mother a heating and cooling 18,000 btu unut, but there's a pecan tree right over it. The leaves were falling in as there are grates on top as well. The only downside was that I had to cut it on both side to get over the blade brackets and a hole in the rear for the drain nib.
