Never before have I had a bench for chest workouts, its amazing I can actually get better contractions this time around. The product is very sturdy and easy to put away just takes 15 seconds. Cons: However, for ab work it feels quite uncomfortable. I like to think I am doing the ab exercises correctly via the foot guards but it just feels too wierd, floor is better. Not sure. Don't skimp and get this cheap bench, you WILL have to buy a better quality one soon! Pretty easy to put together. I went cheap on a bench since I simply needed it for just a few dumbbell exercises. Learned the hard way that this is TOO CHEAP. Although the bench measurements may seem okay for an average adult, you will not fit. I am not a very big guy(stature wise I am small, just kinda fat) 5'8 and 200lbs and this bench struggles to balance with just me on it. When doing simple benches on it with 2 40lb dumbbells, its practically ready to tip over. Whatever is not directly over the metal has a bit of give, very sketchy.
