The Lunderg Bed Assist Rail has been an absolute lifesaver! I am so impressed with how well it works and how sturdy it feels. From the moment I installed it, I could tell this was a high-quality support rail built with safety in mind. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward — no stress, no complicated tools, just a simple setup that took only a few minutes. Once in place, the rail stays firmly positioned with zero wobbling, giving a strong sense of security and confidence when getting in and out of bed. The non-slip grab bar is incredibly comfortable to hold and provides solid support. I also love the motion-activated light — such a thoughtful feature! Excellent product. It was very easy to assemble. Very sturdy a secure. First under the mattress and easy to install. My Dad is 97 years old and having trouble getting out of bed. He is able now to turn on his side and grab the bed rail and get himself up. Happy for my Dad. Helps us tremendously as well. We are his caregivers and we are up in years .☺️

It is easy to assemble directions are right on point. It works well for individuals having trouble getting in or out of bed. Do not need to fasten black strap around the box springs because it is very secured between mattress and boxsprings What I am disappointed with is the night light that comes with the handrail, it stop working after one week of purchase.

The rails were very easy to install. Unfortunately, it was missing a safety lock. I contacted Lunderg directly and they were so attentive, sent over the piece (also gave me extra spares of other items), and then checked in with me to ensure I had received it. Really made the experience great. The rail is sturdy and I’ve enjoyed the motion activated light sensor to help when needing light at night to find the rail.

She can use it to brace herself as she gets out of bed, and it keeps her safely in bed in the meantime. It has a motion sensor light that she really likes when she gets up during the night. The package arrived in excellent condition and all items were accounted for. The directions came with list of materials, large pictures and precise directions. I am a 75 year old female and I had no trouble assembling, sliding the support under my queen size adjustable mattress, and threading the attached belt under the queen size mattress and attaching it to the other side of the bed frame. There was plenty of length on the belt with a large amount left over so I am sure it would have also been long enough for a king size mattress. The belt grip was easily tightened and all has held steady w/o slippage for the weeks it has been attached. I also purchased the led light w/bag. It is set to automatic and faces toward the outer side of the bed. It lights up when my husband gets into bed and turns off in 60 seconds. He is glad to have it to light his getting into bed. There was a one year warranty that I emailed to the company. Sara Lindergh the owner of the company has reached out twice by email to kindly check on the purchase. I and my husband are very pleased with the product, the assembling, and the quality/endurance of the railing. We are both sleeping well knowing the rail is functioning as needed. Note: As mentioned in the railing description this 13” rail can be used w/our adjustable mattresses w/o hinderance but the longer railing can not be used as it would hinder the movement of the bed’s adjustment ability.
