I work for a telecommunications company, so this tool comes in very handy. Easy to use. It has a collar that rotates around the top so that it can protect the power switch from accidentally turning on.. Batteries are easy to change out if they start to corrode. Nice grip. I have used several times, no issues. I have the 30 km (18 mile) version. I recommend this item.

At first, the switch worked fine, but after just a few uses, I noticed it became harder to turn on and off. Sometimes, I had to press it multiple times before the laser would activate. Eventually, the switch stopped working entirely, rendering the device useless. This is unacceptable for a tool that professionals rely on.

Good product and work as expected. I have used it extensively and it serves the purpose well. I had to buy it again because I may have lost the one I used to use. The only little complain I have is about the case, it should have a small pocke to keep the adapter so that it is not lost.

I work in a facility where there are no less than six different agencies sharing infrastructure, network racks, and data closets. Spread out across a facility taking two city blocks, lacking labelling or documentation and having a literal web of copper, fiber, and coax makes my job of tracking down anything quite the task. This saved hours of work for me, when we recently had to dual home seven new switches in this environment. The laser is powerful enough that you WILL see it on the other end, even in the worst conditions.
