    • The Dumbest Clock I've Ever Owned / False Advertising

This clock is listed as an 'illuminated' clock, which by definition means 'lit with bright lights.' This clock is NOT illuminated; it is a round piece of wood with glow-in-the-dark STICKERS for numbers. There is no inner mechanism for lighting up the numbers or hands on this clock; it can only be 'charged' with sunlight or indoor lighting and even then you only get a few hours before they go completely black. This would have been helpful to know *before* I bought this useless thing. I work the night shift, and I keep my bedroom so dark during the day that I can't see my own hand in front of my face. If this clock functioned as advertised, then it would have been perfect for checking the time as I'm rolling over in bed. But sadly, all I see is blackness when I look at where this clock hangs on the wall. It looks no different than the ceiling, the floor, or the inside of my eyelids. If I had a kid, I'd take those stick-on glow in the dark stars from his bedroom ceiling and glue them to a piece of wood. It'd be exactly identical to this clock, except the numerals would be stars. I like the clock is quiet. I don't even know it exists because the old clock made a ticking sound. No lights are on in the garage unless some is in there which is common sense. So, I am guessing since there is only minimal natural light the clock will never light up. Bummer....
