Ordered this for our rescued Golden Jovie. She's 16 months old and 77lbs. It fits her pretty good, has good stretch to it. She's actually very large for her age and being female but not overweight just long and tall. It was plenty big around but just a little on the short side but like I said, she's really long. When we got her from the foster she was recovering because she had been abused and hit by a car (and previous owners just threw her back in a cage) a family member stepped in and took her to a foster. The owners gave her up and then we adopted her. She had to recover from a broken jaw and cracked ribs before she could have surgery to fix her teeth that were shattered and to be spayed. She did well with surgery but would not tolerate a soft cone or inflatable pillow to keep her from biting her stitches. This suit worked perfectly!! And she looked pretty cute too! She had to wear it for 3 weeks and it held up well, even being washed several times. It's also easy to put up the back for bathroom breaks and easy to get her in and out of. The price was great also. Kept her incision protected. Definitely recommend!!

Just love these! Soft and washable and came in so handy when my dog had stomach surgery was way better than the cone and keeping my puppy away from her stomach. Flannel-like material keeps dog warm in the winter would not recommend for summer wear unless your dog is very cold. Easy to put on and love the zipper up the back. Went back and bought several.

I got a few recovery suits for this girl for after her spay and here’s my review on day 10. Had to take some screenshots from a video, because she’s crazy. The suit isn’t buckled correctly in them since I Velcro’d them on the sides for when she was outside going potty, then would re-Velcro when it was time to come in. Tilly is 11lbs and has a longer torso, she’s considered a toy size Australian shepherd. She’s wearing the size small and it was the perfect fit for her. The Velcro worked great and being able to zip it all the way off was such a nice feature that wasn’t on the other two I purchased. The only thing I didn’t like was the waist Velcro. They added it to help keep the suit from sliding down, but it’s attached too far down the suit, so could irritate the belly. I just opted to keep them barely attached, but those either need sewn higher on the suit or not included at all. Otherwise out of the ones I got, this one has thicker fabric and in general seemed well constructed. We didn’t have any problems with it irritating her belly and she never seemed bothered wearing it either. I’d definitely recommend this one. If your dog is in between sizes, order up to make sure it isn’t tight on their bellies when they move around in it.

The pajamas are good! Easy to get on and easy for when they gotta go potty. However, if your dog is a complete menace, they can get them off. Got these ones after my puppy got her old ones off and chewed them up. She got these ones off in 5 minutes. Put an old tshirt on over these ones and so far so good. I got an XL for my 67 pound 8 month old pit/rott mix and the size is perfect!

It was alittle too long body length wise but other than that it fit perfect. May have needed a size smaller (xs) but idk if the neck and arms would be too tight then. The fabric feels nice and it's kept her from licking and scratching. She really got scared of the cone and didn't want to move or do anything so this works great. I didn't know if she'd be able to pee with it on. But she decided for me that she was gonna test that and she didn't get pee on it which was nice. It's nice and works well. Will update if anything changes. She's really sleepy so I couldn't get a great picture. (EDIT after a week: I've been regularly checking her stitches. And today I took it off after she's been moving around more. And the cloth pad over the stitches had started pilling quickly and it got stuck in her wound. :( she's fine but be careful if you use this

This is the best for dogs after surgery. My dog still had the freedom to move around, though it kept the incision clean when going outside. My dog is long and low to the ground. She has pulled the outfit down by getting her front paws out, but getting the perfect fit was hard due to her body type. I would use this product for any of my dogs rather than the cone or inflatable donut. They can sleep in it with no problem. The velcro and zipper on the back makes it easy to use and stay on as well.

So here is another review.... As when I purchased this one I purchased another size to make sure I had the right size for my baby after her surgery which was just days away. I returned the larger size without ever even taking it out of the package & then used the smaller one, as it was a great fit. Then less than 3 days of use she was able to walkout of the suit. Luckily, she did not mess with her incision. Then less than 7 days the zipper on the back actually broke & would not longer zip. Which I stated all of this on my first review. Like I stated above I sent the larger one back without ever even opening the package it came in. I received my refund. Then used the smaller one, wrote a review to warn other pet parents to make sure you knew ahead of time the quality sucks with this suit. The company then refunded me for the smaller suit. Now a few months later & the company has recharged me for the larger suit, stating I sent them the smaller size back. Which is B.S. & I of course throughout the smaller size we had kept to use for her recovery as it was TRASH!! The zipper was BUSTED! Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR & PICK a different suit & company!

If you have an awkward shaped husky that looks more like a werewolf, do not order. I got this with the intention of helping her puppies from maliciously attacking her nipples, but because she is so long and lean, the suit was useless. The puppies still found their way was and infiltrated the suit. This suit I think is better off for the potatoes of the world.
