This is my first gaming chair so I have no other comparison. It’s amazing compared to the old chair that I was using. I wasn’t sure if the bar lever to recline the chair was already supposed to be bent in or not but it seems to work for the most part. It feels like it should have a more responsive recline/pull up motion makes it difficult to make a decision on which posture you would like to stay at. I am not used to the neck pillow that seems to hurt my neck more than help it but that’s just me. I’m going to give this chair a tentative five-star rating for two reasons. The ease of assembly, and the initial sturdy feel and comfort of the chair. The instructions recommend that the chair be assembled by two people, but I was able to put it together by myself in approximately two hours. In comparison to other chairs, it feels very sturdy. The leather and cushioning are quite soft and comfortable. It makes no squeaking noises. It rolls and swivels very well, and the lumbar and headrest support feels quite firm and comfortable. Be aware that I have only had the chair for two days and I will require a much longer period to decide on a final verdict, but so far, I am pleased. Shipping was quick and easy. The chair was well packaged. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the price was reasonable. The only drawback I will mention is the footrest. It doesn’t seem like something that I, as a taller person, will get much use from. I attached it to the chair, and it doesn’t seem flimsy or poorly constructed, just too short for someone like me to use comfortably, however I may be wrong, and will experiment with it over time. Ignore all of the reviews that say it doesn't have good support and the foam isn't comfortable. It's pretty clear why those people don't like this chair. Let's be serious, gamers are probably not the most fit people in the world and I'm guessing that some of these naysayers probably just abuse their chairs and then complain about it, instead of looking at themselves and realizing that it's not the chair's fault. This chair is far better than other chairs that are similar. It has enough cushion in both the seat and arm rest to support most people. The lumbar and head support help with comfort as well. I would definitely recommend this over the Racer brand any day.

Chair is of good quality. Wished the foot stool design was different where it doesnt need to be pulled out and flipped over to use. Chrome trim on foot stool would be better aesthetically if it was black like the chair. Other than the foot stool the chair is great.
