This is a fantastic adjustable bed at a very reasonable price. The package it arrived in is quite heavy, so be prepared. The bed was easily assembled as it is folded together and you unfold, attach the legs and power box and power cable, and you are ready to go. You will need to 9volt batteries, which goes in the power box. The remote control is very easy to understand with a mini led light to help light your way. There are two USB-A ports under the bed to charge cell phone or tablet/ipad. You could also install LED light strips under bed too, using the USB-A ports. It is a fantastic adjustable bed which raises the foot section as well as the head section.

When I first received the L300 bed base, the head motor did not work properly. After exchanging emails with their customer services department and doing some troubleshooting, we determined that there was a bad connection in the cable from the head motor to the control box. At first, they sent the wrong replacement motor, but after I reported this to them, they sent the correct replacement motor. A little over a month after my initial purchase, I have a fully functional bed base. Here's my impression of the product and Lucid's warranty/customer service: - the bed frame itself seems well constructed and is fairly heavy - "5 minute" setup involves --unboxing the bedframe --unfolding it to remove the accessories boxes (legs, remote control, power supply) --screwing in the 6 legs: the outer 4 legs have 2 possible positions each in case you're trying to fit the motorized frame into a decorative frame --connecting the power supply: the power supply cable is a bit on the short side, so I used an extension cable in order to get it connected to my wall outlet. About my warranty issue: The bad connection on the head motor appeared to have come from whoever initially installed the motor wrapped the cable too tightly in the the retaining clips on the underside of the bed, damaging the connection between the motor and the control box. Lucid's Customer Service department was responsive and answered my emails within 24 hours on normal business days. Other than the inconvenience of the motor issue and the extra delay caused by sending the wrong replacement part, I am happy with my purchase. Problems can happen at times with any consumer product, but Lucid honored their warranty at no additional expense to me beyond the time it took to resolve the issue. I would do business with Lucid again.

Super simple to set up, no tools required. Takes two people though to maneuver. We are both in our 60s. Used a dolly to wheel into bedroom but once opened was easy. We watched a YouTube video that helped us figure out the best way to get it out of the box and turned right side up easily without hurting ourselves. We debated about getting the L600 but figured that massage features are pretty subjective and what feels like a massage for one person might not feel that great for another. And you really only need one memory setting. And besides, the more bells and whistles the more there is to break down. Very happy with this purchase. Great price.

We have had them for a few weeks now. They are HEAVY. Sturdy and they work well. The motors are quiet and they move at a good speed. The power cords are surprisingly short, so we had to buy an additional extension cord. Delivery was quick (3 days). We bought two Twin XLs. And they fit perfectly inside of a king frame.

-I am here to sing the praises of the Lucid L300 Twin XL Adjustable Bed! We ordered two Lucid L300s. We waited for three months of using the beds before writing this review. Both Beds were extremely easy to assemble - legs and power hookup. We followed the advice in the instructions not to turn the beds on their sides while leaning on the legs to turn them over, but instead had help turning the beds completely over from upside down leg assembly to right side up standing on their legs. The remote controls work exactly as we had hoped to adjust the height of foot/leg and head/back sections. In addition to the independent sectional raising and lowering functions, the memory function of the remotes worked the first time and every time since, as have the flat function; very clever devices! These beds are very sturdy and do not creak or wobble. They are also amazingly quiet when raising or lowering either section. Only once have I forgotten to flatten my bed before my wife has gone to bed, and at 1:30am one night I flattened mine hoping that the motors or movement would not disturb her sleep. They did not! We live in a small, retirement community cottage in which storage is very limited. The motor and lift mechanisms on the underside of these beds are so compact and well-placed, that we are able to store two 3'x3' under-bed bins under each bed. And as sturdy as the beds are, they are also light in weight so that they can be slid apart easily for making up the bed clothes each morning. The manufacture of these Lucid L300 Adjustable Twin XL beds is very well thought out and reasonably priced. We had formerly owned two adjustable beds for 24 years before one of the motors stopped working, and replacing those two beds with the Lucid L300s seems to be an excellent decision for a brilliant product. I know it sounds almost as if I'm somehow connected with the seller, Amazon.com Services LLC or the bed manufacturer, but we are simply two of its customers who have had over 20 years of experience with adjustable beds, and the features that we would have liked in those beds, as mentioned above, are standard features of the Lucid L300s. BTW, we use very flexible and adjustable air mattresses with these adjustable beds, made by a nationally- known mattress company, both of which we've had for 24 years and counting as well. Let's hope these beds last as long as our previous ones. Thanks again for such a great product!
