    • Dealers won’t work on these carbs
My quad wouldn’t run. We changed the petcock, the flywheel, cleaned and rebuilt the carb, and it refused to start. Then we bought this carb put it on and it would start and run, but it would blow black smoke and had a very strong gas smell. We adjusted the best we could and still it would run but not real well. We took it to two dealer both said they would not work on the after market carb. One dealer put the original carb and worked on it. Keep your old carb if you buy this one. ... show more

    • Worked for awhile but leaks.
Originally had issues with the idle adjustment linkage being too short but just used the one from the old carburetor. Installed this in June and got it working really well and was very happy with it. A few days ago the carburetor started leaking and I discovered that the drain screw was seized up. I'll replace it from a competitor. ... show more

    • Works great shorter choke cable
Runs great. Choke cable is a couple inches shorter than the original carburetor. I had to adjust throttle cable a little at handle bars and at carb but easy. No problems with it at all
