I originally got the Yuka mini and it want right for my lawn. I took a leap of faith and gave Mammotion one more try with the Luba mini AWD. It is PERFECT for my yard and I love it! The value for your money is worth it in the time you get back alone. This thing is a powerhouse, working tirelessly and keeps your lawn in perfect order. It was easy to set up out of the box and learns your yard with a press of a button. You can even set up no go zones. There is a RTK tower you have to setup, but even that won’t be the case for long as iNavi is coming soon and removes all need for it. That’s another plus…they are constantly upgrading the firmware and the software for the robot and the app. So many awesome improvements every time! Occasionally it gets stuck and you gotta go help it out, but it’s very rare. Well worth the countless hours of your life you get back in return. The battery life is good, but could be better. Ultimately it doesn’t affect me how many times it has to recharge, but I may still spring for a bigger battery down the road. Comes with a warranty and is well made, tough, and durable. And it’s AWD, so it navigates bumps and dips and small roots with ease. In short, I highly recommend this robot lawn mower!

It works. Just like the many videos you can see on line or a Mammothion’s website. I have had it foR a couple of weeks and I am still learning but I had it working the same day it arrived. I have a small yard so I got the mini AWD since I really didn’t know what to expect but even the mini model does a great job for a small yard. If I had it to do over I would have gotten the bigger model for the double cutting width and extra features/battery life. But now I know it really is a great tool and not just a toy. It cuts great, it’s mowing accuracy is terrific, it is unbelievably quiet and cuts close to the margins on the maps that I set up.

After looking into different mowers I came across the Luba Mini Awd. This mower has saved me from having to mow a fairly steep hill in a 1/3 acre yard with bramuda grass. It mows very well and has even been able to mow tall grass without issue. Keeping it in the garage for winter (and powered off) there doesn't seem to be any battery degradation. Getting the RFK set in place was simple when using the app to find the right spot. It also comes with an extra set of blades, which was nice. It doesn't mow like a regular mower (suck and cut), but instead uses a form of razor blades to slice the grass cleanly and leaves the clippings in its wake. The blade height can be adjusted through the app in increments of two tenths of an inch, which seems pretty accurate. Wouldn't go back to a traditional mower ever again!

LUBA mini AWD 800H Robot Lawn Mower for 0.2 Acre Setup--It works a lot like a drone...download the app and connect it via bluetóoth and your local area network. The only real assembly was connecting and installing the "head" where the onboard camera is. Easy. The RtK tower is a bit more complex. You need an exterior outlet no more than 15 feet away and the same goes for the charging pad. Since it can't be under a roof, this detail is an important consideration before buying. Mowing--The best way to create boundaries is to simply drive it around the perimeter yourself using the controls on the phone app. After you create a work area for it, put it into Channel mode and drive it again to give it an automated path back to the charging pad. Mow quality--This mower cuts very short by default so the spots that it missed will stand out. I set the boundary to be at least 2 feet from the street. You'll need a weed eater to touch up and for edging. Overall--I'm pretty happy with this mower! It's taken some trial and error setting up the RTK tower and the mow boundaries but it frees me up to detail my lawn better than I ever have. In my area they charge $50+ a week for lawn care so it'll pay for itself by the end of the season.
