I was skeptical about this product because I’ve tried so many topical treatments. When I saw that someone’s good review described the same issues that i have - peripheral neuropathy and venous insufficiency, i immediately added it to my cart. The first application provided so much relief, as I am experiencing a very swollen and painful flare up right now. I think it’s too expensive, a tiny jar of cream should be at least half the amount it’s costs, it’s has no greasiness, the menthol in it has more of a candy scent than a medicine scent that’s not too strong, it absorbs nicely, it’s definitely effective but for me, my pain is too severe to have a lasting effect. It really only lasted for about 20-30 minutes but it might work better for others, that’s the only reason I gave it four stars. I’m not mad at this only because i understand how far a topical product can get. And that’s that! Good luck to anyone going through horrible pain :) ... show more

Feels great once I put it on ..3 mins in it goes to work. I deal with C5 neck pain,shoulders &upper back. Not much is needed & the bottle fits in the palm of your hand, 2 oz... I'd buy again. I also get tingling in my arms &lower back & it helps ... But not a miracle cream.
