At first one would think buying a $2,800 outdoor Suana online and that needed to be assembled was a risky proposition. But we took at face value what the seller/manufacture said about its product all of which was more than true. First, assembly was very easy. It was all interlocking components and did not require any tools. My wife and I put it together in about an hour or so, in nine easy to follow steps. We did not have an outdoor electric outlet where we wanted to place it, so we had an electrician pre-install an outlet on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. We plugged it in and it works like a dream. The control panel is easy to use and intuitive. It heats to full 149 degrees Fahrenheit in about 20 minutes. The infrared and interior lights are perfect. The bluetooth double speaker sound system is surprisingly high end. The wood smells delicious. And the seller/manufacturer is totally responsive in answering questions. ... show more

I was nervous to spend the $4k not knowing much about saunas. A year or two down the road could scare me if I start to experience issues. But for now I’ve owned my redwood sauna for a couple months and everything has worked perfectly. There are some areas that I feel a draft but I’m sure I can fix that if I really want. It doesn’t seem to affect the temperature. I even think I enjoy the infrared sauna over the traditional. I sweat like crazy. I’m a pretty small dude too and the 2 person is tight. I would consider going bigger if I had to do all over but there are pros and cons to both. I’m 5’7” and weight 165 athletic build and two of me wouldn’t definitely be intimate. So keep that in mind. But the look is awesome and durability keeping it outside has not been an issue yet. ... show more

The sauna arrived ahead of schedule with only a small blemish from shipper. Assembled in just over an hour with help to put the roof on. Been using for about two weeks and noticed a nice drop in blood pressure for myself and my wife, back to normal, healthy range. This is a great back stretcher for the infrared sauna. The slats make it breathable and the design feels like it is putting my back into allignment. Made of a strong hardwood, hemlock, this should stand the test of time and it's so nice lay down on it during a sauna session. Well made and sturdy

I am a fan of this sauna backrest. Used it last night and found it to be very comfortable, with the contour creating a nice support for my lower back. Please note that this backrest is about 26" in height. For me (6'02") it is not tall enough to offer any head or neck support. The top of the backrest sits about the top of my shoulders. However, with the angle that my shoulders rest on the backrest, it lends to a nice angle for my head to rest against the wall. I was able to comfortably use the backrest in my sauna without any flexion or extension strain to my neck. The backrest feels very sturdy and very well-made. The slats are straight and fit well into their slots. I am 225 pounds - when I lean against it, it feels very solid. No creaking, no wincing, no weeping. Nice and solid. The backrest is also very attractive, and adds a nice touch to my sauna. I do recommend this sauna backrest by LTCCDSS and thank you for reading my review. ... show more
