It takes 2 people to put together. We both love it. We use it at least 3-4 times a week. Helps with achy muscles and joints. Our only problem was that the shipping company that it came into here in Eugene Oregon with kept telling us they didn't have it yet. Come to find out they had it sitting on their dock for 10 days. We went down there and surprise, it was right out front of their office door on the freight dock. They said it would take a week to deliver to our house, which is less than 2 miles away. I said that was not acceptable, we would take it ourselves right now and that I would be letting Amazon know how rude they were and how the girl picking it up with the fork lift to put it in our pickup, gouged a mark into the wood. This is not Amazon's fault but the Este's shipping company in Eugene, Oregon. Bad company to deal with. Amazon, Maybe you should look for another company to ship through coming into Eugene, Oregon.

This is a very sturdy beautiful sauna. It took two of us to construct it, but it went pretty quickly. We had a bit of trouble getting everything lined up just so we put the roof on but that was our only sticking point. Six months in and it still smells like cedar inside. We use it almost every day. It’s a tight fit for two people so I wish we had gone up in size to the four person one.

The sauna worked great for about 3 months and then quit working. I had power going into the sauna, but the display panel has no power and would not turn on. I contacted the seller and the response was good. We started with the touch display. They sent one out within 10 days (free). I replaced the display, and it still didn't work. I contacted them again, and they sent a control board (free) soon after. After putting in the board the sauna worked perfect! I'm happy with the sauna and after reading other reviews I believe it could've been a freak occurrence. Customer service was solid, we like the sauna, but I'm giving it 4/5 stars due to the inconvenience of having to repair the sauna.
