Best sauna and seller ever - Seriously - stop looking and order this one! The seller was quickly responsive immediately after purchase. Original shipping was going to take up to a month because I needed the left opening door – I got it in two weeks (which was a lifesaver for my sore neck!). I had a couple questions that were answered super quickly – one that was a little more detailed took a couple days, but it was resolved, and everything is working perfectly. I spent a long time debating on buying this, and I’m so happy I finally did – it’s a beautiful, easy to put together, perfect sauna. Fits great in the bedroom and is just so wonderful (added a lovely silk painting in the window for some extra good vibes and I am a happy camper!).

As advised if not better. Easy to install, gets up to max temperature with in 20-30mins. I was a little nervous about the quality of the unit but I am very happy about my purchase. 140 degrees is plenty hot enough as well.

Great single person sauna. Temp get's up to 140, and will give you a really good sweat! I highly recommend it. 1-6-24 Update: Dropping a star because you have to manually keep an eye on the temp. It will never stay hot the entire time for you. This is still a great sauna, but it has some type of safety mechanism that drops the temp once it hits 140. It is a bit annoying that you have to babysit the tempeture. I found out that the best way to keep the temperture up is turning it off and on again in 10 to 15 min intervals. If you don't do this you will watch and feel the temp drop.

So far I am very happy with our sauna. It was delivered early and that was appreciated. The seller sent us a message on instructions and what to expect. And what to do if the shipping had any issues. Shipping was great. No damage. Polite person that delivered it. It was packed well. My husband put it together in 45 minutes. So far all is great. Works well. It heats up fast. Does not have all the bells and whistles but it does have Bluetooth that works great. For 25 minutes a day it’s perfect especially for the price. On a side note. Area is smaller than what we imagined. I put a suction holder on the window and it holds all I need in there. And because of the size it fits nicely in our bedroom. The floor gets very hot. You can shut that off and use the foot sauna that comes with or put a small towel down to keep off the heaters directly. Overall we are happy with the product!

I finally made the switch from my gym membership which was 57 dollars a month and eliminated the need to travel to the gym back and forth 3 or 4 times a week and now I have this right in my living room. I debated getting this for a while but it's been the best purchase! Shipping: The seller was great and communicated well throughout the process. I was worried about shipping after reading some of the reviews. I live in a city with a lot of stairs to get into house and I had no issues with shipping! I scheduled a delivery date and time online. Two very nice guys found a place to park down the street and delivered it into my place without any issues. They were very nice, on time, all boxes were intact. Nothing was damaged. Set up: It says you need two people but I did it by myself. It would have been easier with two people but I'm pretty small and it didn't take me long to get assembled. Function: I turn it on about 15 mins before I get in, I find it heats up pretty fast and I love that you just need a regular electrical outlet for this one. Some require more power and you need a special outlet but this one doesn't. It's small, compact and perfect for small spaces. Even though it's small, I find I have plenty of room to sit in it. For reference, I'm 5'7" and I think someone taller could easily fit. The speakers and reading light are great! I typically turn off the light and listen to podcasts. I can't say enough good things about this sauna so if you're on the fence like I was, just buy it!

When the unit first arrived it was damaged. The glass door was shattered in the box. It was very aggravating because it had already taken 2 weeks to arrive. It was purchased as a Christmas present for my wife and now time was getting short to get this resolved. The seller was very quick to respond and had the broken parts shipped out asap and I got them about a week later. I assembled the unit last night. Pretty easy work for 2 people. It only took about 45 minutes. Once assembled the unit seems very solid. Everything works as it should. It heats very quickly. The Bluetooth speakers and the red light therapy is a nice touch. My wife and I love this sauna. I highly reccomend this brand and this seller.
