Pros : Great price, They look as pictured, comfy, good height for the table Cons: Delivery took long (was given a 20$ credit due to the wait) I ordered 4 chairs they came days apart, once put together 2 of the 4 do not sit even, wobbly and now I have to spend money to fix this problem. They have held up for about 3 years now, and still going strong. We use them every day and have little greasy hands to clean up after. They are easy to clean and very comfortable.

Here are the pros: they look really nice, fit perfectly in our kitchen island, are comfortable, easy to assemble, sturdy, not pricey and finally are actually made out of wood. Cons: they are wobbly as heck! I’ve played with the adjustable caps but it seems an impossible task. I don’t get frustrated much, but every time I see them I do my best to fix them to no avail. I’m sure in the end I’ll learn to live with the wobble but for now I’ll be steaming around the house. Bottom line: read the reviews, make your decision (based on priorities) and live with it…that’s my mantra. Adios!

Avoid this product at any cost ********* - Horrible quality, especially seating area - Even more horrible return policy - paid around 371 USD - returning items charged me 161 USD, so my loss is 161 USD :-( - Instead of returning, I just want to sell to someone else locally by mentioning the existing damages, but that poor quality stopped me to doing so - Had to talk to multiple customer care people - Assembly is kind of okay, but parts does not fit properly ( that could be because they didn't provide right tool kit in their delivery) My suggestion is to avoid this product.

I purchased these chair to replace the original ones. The appearance and quality is on point for what I needed, but the measurements are a little off. The measurements are from the bottom of the leg to the top of the cushion and because of this a person sits lower at the table than before. It's not a deal breaker but felt it should be noted.
