The media could not be loaded. I bought it and it worked great used it once. I bought two of them. I think this is the second one I bought since the first one I used it once and after I didn’t used it for two years put after I was trying to used it it didn’t want to turn the eggs not sure why.

    • Don’t waste your money. Cheaper is not better
No way to raise the humidity for hatching. Constantly adding water to the base because the bottle doesn’t work. The base where the water sits is constantly over flowing. Goin to return and purchase a better one
