I rarely write reviews, but this tool absolutely deserves one. I used this Lower Control Arm Prying Tool with a 1/2" drive breaker bar while replacing the lower control arms on my 2016 Acura MDX, and I was blown away by how much easier and faster it made the job. What normally is one of the most frustrating parts of a control arm or strut replacement was smooth and controlled with this tool. This is an awesome tool for pushing down the lower control arms and separating the ball joint from the hub. The first time I used this tool I was impressed with the ease the tool pushed down the lower control arm. The was no slippage as force was applied. I inserted breaker bar in the multi-index hole and pushed down. The ball joint separated immediately. The job was done on a 2012 Ford Focus.
